OzWaffle Opens Alexandra Park: A New Chapter for the Brand

Today is a day we've been building toward for a long time.
OzWaffle Alexandra Park is now open. And I want to take a moment to talk about what this location means to us — not just as a business milestone, but as something more personal.
When Mahyar and I started OzWaffle in 2022, we were a family with a new baby, a big dream, and a second-hand trailer. We had no guarantee it would work. We just knew we wanted to create something real — something that would bring people together, make them smile, and give us a life built around something we'd made with our own hands.
The Werribee location proved that it could work. Our customers there have been extraordinary — loyal, enthusiastic, and generous with their support. They are the reason we're still here and the reason we kept growing.
Alexandra Park is a different kind of location. It sits along one of Melbourne's most beautiful stretches — Alexandra Avenue, next to the Yarra, surrounded by parkland and the energy of the city. People come here to relax, to spend time with their families, to enjoy Melbourne at its best. We want OzWaffle to be part of those moments.
Our menu at Alexandra Park is the same one our customers love: waffles on a stick, super bubble waffles, berry cups with soft serve. Everything eggless, vegetarian, halal-friendly, and made fresh to order. We've kept the menu simple because we believe in doing fewer things exceptionally well.
